Hello,

I ordered an item in November and it is now December 21, 2016 and I have no information aside from the only update on December 3 on my package! I'm very worried I will not receive it as it is a Christmas gift. How much longer do I have to wait or will I ever get my order? Please kindly help me! :(

2. I don't know why, Toronto should have scan your parcel by now. I guess they might be very busy with incoming overseas parcels.

3. In normal condition E Packet can take between 6 to 12 working days to be deliver excluding the time spent at the Customs Office in both countries.

4. Right now it's the Holiday Season so mail everywhere is very slow.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the Canada Post for any new movement. Really hope you get your parcel before Christmas.

The information you provided is exactly what I've had as well for 3 weeks now. Is there anyways to tell if my package is in Canada or not?

1. The short answer is no, because there is no flight number on the last tracking.

2. You and I can only assume the parcel has arrive in Toronto but not scan yet by Canada Post.

1. Very seldom are you going to see a Flight number for a parcel going to any country in the World. That statement is good for China as well as almost all Countries.

2. When parcels are ready to be ship out, they are put into a mail bag and possibly there is a list of the enclose parcels tracking number. Then the mail bag is given a schedule to take a flight out of the sending country to the receiving country. If by any chances the mail bag can not get aboard the plan Aircraft the mail bag has to be re-schedule for another flight.

3. Even private courier service like FedEx, UPS etc... I doubt very much that the info about the Aircraft is given.

4. Next time you will see a scan on your parcel it will be from Canada Post.

I called Canada Post to see if they are having unusual delays besides the holiday delays and they told me it is being shipped by boat because if it was shipped by plane the order would have arrived to them by now and I would already have an updated tracking and my gift before Christmas.

I'm not sure where the miscommunication is on their part but 100% it is shipped by plane and not by boat? I just want to make sure I will 100% get my order even if it comes after Christmas :(

1. Just so you know when you phone Canada Post most of the time they don't know anything because the person answering the phone call is looking at his computer. What does he see, ah no tracking from Canada Post so the parcel is still in China which most of the time B....

2. Just so you know, incoming mail are all inbound mail meaning Customs has to clear the mail coming to Canada. This is where the parcel are getting slow down. From last Sep till end of Nov, parcel like your (E Packet) coming in from China took exactly 21 days before they were scan by Canada Post in Vancouver. Customs were checking most if not all parcel through the Xray machine.

3. So parcel instead of taking maximum 3 weeks to be deliver were taking like close to 5 weeks.
