Ok, I see what you're saying...but are you able to confirm at all if I will for sure get the gift at some point? By when should I expect an update in tracking (approximately)?

1. Vancouver was 6 to 7 days after it left China, Canada Post scan the parcel.

2. I know for a fact that in Toronto they had a bad snow storm lately and Aircraft were delay coming in or possibly going somewhere else. I know it's finish now but the damage is done.

3. You are the first one that I see with a parcel direct to Toronto, most of E Packet are directed to Vancouver. So the scanning by Canada Post could be from now to a week maybe.

4. Sorry I can not be more precise about your parcel. I'm sure your parcel is not lost.

Hello,

I was wondering in your experience and knowledge if you think the chances are good or not that I will receive my order by January 8? Nothing has changed in the tracking and I'm starting to lose hope it's coming at all.

1. That is 2 full weeks left, I would say you got good chances. I have not heard anybody here that lost an E Packet from Canada so far.

2. Earlier this year it was taking Vancouver more time to scan the parcel but other then that, parcel where always deliver.

1. No update so far. It seems that shanghai is possibly the problem even for US delivery.

2. Technically no because most store are still on sale.

Toronto is much slower than Vancouver with processing parcels. On top of that, it's holiday season, Canada Post has had a few days off so there will be back logs. Wait a few weeks and then open a dispute if you bought the item. Otherwise you have to get the sender to open up a trace on the item with China post.
