Hi, my tracking information haven't update for since Jan 16. Can you help me check where is my package is now? Thanks

CP328476138CN (as its number starting with CP) should be a surface parcel for heavy item. it goes through sea and very very slow. sometimes it takes half year to arrive. you should avoid to use such service.

it could be in some city between china and usa. surface parcel will travel many country and cities before arriving USA.
