This is what I found for your parcel:
2016-03-25 16:35,From "Guangzhou Terminal" routes
2016-03-25 16:28,Reach the "Guangzhou Terminal"
2016-03-25 16:09,The "Guangzhou" s
2016-03-24 13:43,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported,
2016-03-24 10:46,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported open,
2016-03-24 10:02,Leave the "Bureau of Dongguan city post office parcel mail processing center" next stop "Center of Dongguan"
2016-03-24 10:01,"Dongguan city post office parcel mail processing center",
2016-03-24 09:56,"Dongguan city post office parcel mail processing center" you've got mail,

1. Be prepare to wait at least 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
2. Canadian Customs in Vancouver are very slow handling the parcels these days.
3. If your parcel arrive in Vancouver that is the situation.

You could look at this for Canada:

Where my parcel now ?

1. Good chances (99.99%) that your parcel has arrive in Canada.
2. Your parcel has come Inbound so Canadian Customs must have a look at it before releasing it to Canada Post.
3. Your parcel is not traceable through Canada Post.

That is the best I can do for you. Hope this information will help you.

Why I cannot see the progress of my delivery with Canada Post?

1. Close to 6 to 12 months ago Canada Post decided to stop tracking Registered parcel from China Post because they were not getting any money for it.
2. Because the parcel is registered you will still have to sign for the parcel, but you will not be able to see were it at, meaning no follow-up.
3. The other solution to have a parcel traceable through Canada Post from China is the E-packet for Canada. It will cost you a bit more money, but at least you will be able to track your parcel through Canada Post.
4. I will give you a trick to find out when your parcel will be out of Canadian Customs.
5. Here is the tracking for your parcel:
http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?trackingNumber=RI917330663CN&LOCALE=en&LOCALE2=en

Just under this statement:
There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product.
If you see: Expected delivery: 1-12

This will mean that your parcel is Out of Customs and was give to Canada Post for delivery.

Hope the above information are helpful.

Sorry I should have added Days after 1-12, so it should read as Follows:

Again sorry about that.

You probably misunderstood me, by more money I meant:
you have to pay extra money for shipping.

Example: Lets say that an article in on for sale at $5.00 with free shipping. Then they might have an option for China registered mail for maybe $1.00 to $3.00. Then the tracking number should be like your parcel presently.
What I was talking about E-Packet to Canada the number start with the letter LM then 9 number and the CN.

Hope this clarifies E-Packet to Canada
