I can be sure at 100% but I think your parcel was out of Customs yesterday.
Give Canada Post a couple of days to deliver to your home.

Change the shipping system like UPS, Purolator. Next time when someone want a parcel from Canada.

1. Sorry I mislead you, it is still possibly at Canadian Customs but It should not be to long to come out of Customs.
2. My parcel departed Guangzhou on the 23 March and my parcel just came possibly out of Custom today. Yours departed Guangzhou on the 25 March
3. So you still have hope in a few days that your parcel will possibly come out of Customs.

Or Epacket to Canada, it cost a bit more money then registered mail but can be delivered within 15 days and can be track at Canada Post.

1. This is the last tracking I could find for your parcel:
2016-03-25 16:35,From "Guangzhou Terminal" routes
2. I suspect your parcel is in Vancouver Customs Office getting clear.
3. It should not be to long to clear Customs, because my parcel was dated on the 23 March at Guangzhou Terminal and possibly it's out of Customs as of today.
4. I suspect within 2 weeks your parcel should be in your hands.
