Post Tracking says missed delivery, no additional info

I ordered an item from Ebay to be delivered in Canada. My tracking number is EV945513058CN. I read the tracking report and all it says was that I missed the delivery. Where can I go to get the package? There is no indication that it's at Canada Post, UPS, or any other carrier.

2. Yous parcel is in Vancouver at:
Retail Location: KITSILANO
