I have 2parcels RP014942738CN and RH976359005CN to be delivered from China to India. On tracking the items, the status message posted are the repeated ones since 19-August-2018 till date (29-August-2018) stating “Export Custom Clearence Complete, Shipped by air”. The same message is being shown 10 times since 19-August.
Please let me know the status of both my parcels, since I need the delivery very urgently. Please inform me if it is stuck at customs incase. (+91)-9836112841.

RP014942738CN and RH976359005CN are china post register airmail. Arrival time for such register airmail might take 2 to 6 weeks. Your two parcels are still in China. you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks at least.

why is it taking so long to leave China? I had a similar parcel RH972704009CN which got delivered within 16 days. Why is it taking so long now??

late shipped parcel arriving early is not strange. It does not mean every parcel will arrival at same speed. Actually 16 days arrival only means this parcel is lucky and faster than average.
