Post Tracking package from Washington to Wuhan

I'm making an enquiry with regards to a parcel that I sent to someone very special who is in Wuhan at Huazhong University of Science and technology. I sent the parcel on 6 August 2015 in Washington DC but until now she's yet to receive it. The tracking number I was given is LC436919286US. We're both getting frustrated. Please help

LC436919286US is usps first class mail which can not be tracked in china. China Post does not scan such parcel.

Next time you should use register mail to ship goods to china. format is R*****US.

But normally how long does it take for that type of parcel to get to China?
