Cannot track - China Post Registered Air Mail - RI696****39CN Posted over 2 weeks ago. Is this a valid tracking number?

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, it will tell you the number is real or invalid.

I already checked... it still says: invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !

Can you confirm if tracking number is fake?

you are scammed. seller never shipped anything to you. If he really shipped the goods on Jan 29, you should see location information instead of "invalid".
