Post Tracking number hasnt ever updated

Ordered 250 pheasant feathers on eBay from a seller with 50000+ positive feedback. Order placed June 13, tracking number immediately gets posted.

However, using track-chinapost and USPS, says the package hasn't even been dropped off to be shipped. Seller says they're "stuck in customs" and he doesn't know why the tracking won't update.

Estimated delivery date (via eBay) was June 23-August 3. Still not technically late, but I want to know if there's a way to verify things have been shipped or if I'm being scanned.

LK273433436CN is invalid number. You should open dispute to ebay for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows no shipping record. this means your seller did not ship anything yet.

I see. He claims there's no tracking because it's economy? Also already starting to offer a refund.
