This was my first time using this vendor, They appear to have good history of doing good business. But the tracking code that i was given and have given to my customer has not worked since I received it. Order was placed on the 8th and "fulfilled" on the 14th. Now the customer is contacting me trying to find the status of their order. This is a first for me. Help will be appreciated.

LW695925657CN is invalid number. your seller did not ship anything to you. where did you buy this item? If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. if seller does not response, open dispute.

Tell seller if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
