I ordered an item and it has not updated since June 30th, I'm just wondering if this is common or what I should do.

Your item was collected(ShangHaiShi SUDIDAZONG) at 2017-06-30 16:39:00

Thanks in advance, I can provide tracking number if needed.

LM472919289CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 30 and no further update. normally it should show some departure info now.
The parcel should have some problem. I suggest you wait one more week and track again. If status still stuck at Jun 30 status, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
