Hello, I am sending this message in concern that some items I have bought on eBay have not been updated in almost two weeks now.

The tracking number is LK232224892CN

If it matters, the eBay ID is 121240068935

I am worried that the items are stuck in shipment limbo, since it says they have not departed from Nanjing. What can be done about this?

LK232224892CN seems to have problem to pass safety scan in Nanjing customs. wait one more week, it no arrive, open dispute to ebay.

RF286103570SG is singapore post parcel. If you have not got it, it must be lost.

Hello, I ordered gown for a very important gathering that's getting closer day by day. The seller had sent it out, it says it was accepted by China Post and now has not moved in 2-3 weeks. I am very concerned about this and would like it addressed.

My tracking number is RI195940030CN coming from Tailor Dress (Tailor Lam).

It has to be stuck or lost at your end or customs. Please get back to me ASAP.

RI195940030CN was just sent to airline last week, you should wait another one or two weeks.

Hi I have a packages that hasn't been delivered yet. It was shipped December 24th, 2014, and has its status as having departed the country since December 28th, 2014. I am concerned that the package has not been updated in nearly 3 weeks. The tracking number is RH117430554CN if that helps...

Dec is rush season, parcel shipped on Dec 24 should arrive by early Feb. Status changing is also very slow, you need some patient.
