Hello, I had ordered an item from eBay early January. It's scheduled to be delivered by Feb. 15, but the tracking info on your site has no information after Jan. 14. The US Post office says (as of 20 mins ago) that it has not entered the US. I'm quite sure it would've cleared customs by now. I need to know where my items are.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows it was shipped on Jan 12. As now many parcels are delayed due to holiday rush. you should get before end of Feb.
