Post Tracking Info?

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. Since December 4th the status has been In Customs-Control warehouse. Other people have received their boots and it is a highly rated seller, I have a hard time believing they items failed inspection...They have been in the warehouse now for 7 days, 5 of them business days. Getting close to that 10 day mark...

Tracking numbers are RJ296579726CN & RJ296579730CN

I contacted the seller and they said they saw that it left the warehouse and sent me another link to track but that still showed it in the warehouse...

your parcels status are all normal. now is rush season, processing in customs warehouse is slow. you need some patient.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show you the latest location and status information. You can not know new location until it arrives next location with scanning device.

Tracking numbers are RJ296579726CN & RJ296579730CN The status still says they are dispatching on some sites and others still say it is in the customs warehouse at Hangzhou. I have had 2 other orders ship through China Post and those items when they were in the same point of travel as the 2 above they popped up through USPS before they even arrived in the US..these 2 items have not popped up yet and have been "dispatching" for almost 15 days now... I am trying to have patience but, my purchase protection expires in 19 days and they are christmas gifts that I ordered 4 weeks ago...

The day before your dispute time expires, open a case and then wait for your items.
