hi
I was supposed to receive a parcel but still haven't... It was received by China Post on 17 Dec 2014 and then went for the Customs and Security Scan
Scan , there is no further update and the status for the same has been stuck to Export Security Scan.
It's been more than 2 weeks now. Could you please provide an update and a tentative date of delivery.

no change of status for 2 weeks is very common in this season. if over 5 weeks no changing, then it should be a problem. be patient.
