And I was given the tracking number of RJ670303945CN

It has not been 48 hours yet (it will be at 9:10pm my time) so I know it probably wont be in the system, was just wanting to know if it is in a valid format for china posts shipping/tracking numbers.

And how long should I wait to contact seller if the parcel is not in the system after the 48 hours is up?

Oh and I should mention it was bought on aliexpress

wait one week and track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . it will tell you the number is real or invalid.
