I was wondering if someone could help me with this. The shipping status on my item is 'Package has left seller facility and is in transit to carrier' and has been that way for over 2 weeks now. The seller claims they shipped the item.

I've never had an item shipped via China Post before, so I suppose this is just how the status is supposed to be. But it seems more like the package has not actually been shipped yet.

My tracking number is RM456279485CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RM456279485CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
