Ok, so here is my tracking number : LZ228649839CN
I've ordered something, I live in Ottawa, Canada and the last update :
2018-04-12 10:27:35 GuangDongShengShenZhenShi SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center
I don't even understand what 'Despacth from sorting center' means and it has been stuck there for 12 days. I've ordered with EMS china and it said it would deliver in 8-20 business days but it has already been 2 weeks and I really don't know what is happening to my package, any help?

LZ228649839CN is waiting for flight space from china to Vancouver. waiting time can take 2 to 3 weeks, please be patient.
