Post Still waiting on a package - any updates?

Made a post about a month again looking for updates on this package: LK073452545CN.
Unfortunately, it still hasn't changed. I've tried contacting the seller through ebay already - I've since bought a replacement of the item from another seller and received it (from China). The seller seems pretty adamant on not issuing a refund.

Long story short - looking to see if indeed anything at all indicates it ever even got to the US. If it really hasn't changed since 11/17, I may just get Ebay involved and force a refund as I'm more inclined to think the package has been lost - it's the only China EMS package I haven't received and some were shipped after this one. I just don't want to involve Ebay and hurt the seller if indeed it's in the US and on it's way (or held in customs). Just as an FYI - the package has no banned items in it. Simply a part for a 3D printer.

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:

2016-11-18 00: 00: 00.0 01:47:00 Guangzhou leaves the processing center and sends it to USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. Guangzhou, Shanghai and Chicago are not a very good mixture. I don't know what's wrong but delays are expected.

3. If I was in your shoes just get E Bay involve because you have not receive your parcel.

I've tracked this package since it got ordered DEC 9th 2016 idk what's going on with it LT567243419CN been like this for past 14 days I tracked it everywhere its just 3 tablets I've ordered my fone from China n got here in 2 weeks but idk if its because of the busy holidays in USA tht its stuck or wat

2. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more. And yes mail is slow because of the Holiday Season.

3. Now what needs to happen is USPS to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
