Hi, I am trying to find out what is happening with a parcel I sent from the US to China.

Tracking: CJ207467711US

2020/1/19 18:32 Arrival Import customs SHANGHAI
2020/1/23 15:41 Item into sorting centre 51805300
2020/1/23 15:53 Item presented to import Customs SHENZHEN

Nothing since January 23rd.

CJ207467711US is in China Post Shenzhen customs warehouse. You need ask receiver to call china post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel. Some duty might need to be paid.

I am still waiting for this package from January to be returned. Is there any way to find out where it is?

CJ207467711US was returned from Shanghai to USA on Mar 3. It is still waiting for flight space back to USA.
