Post status of package UI497161106CN

I sent an email with a request for tracking to [email protected] back in July and they responded that the tracking updates are slow but it was still in transit. Last update I show is that it made it to the US in California. From that point, I cannot get anyone to respond to my email and there has been no update on the tracking site since July 21. Can you help please? Thank you!

UI497161106CN arrived USA on Jul 21. normally it should be delivered to you within 3 weeks after arriving USA. Your parcel is very likely to be lost.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund asap.

Is there no way to get the US postal service tracking information so I can follow up with them? I would really like this item, but $70 is a lot of money to be out. I would just like to make sure it is really lost before I file a complaint with my credit card company.

UI497161106CN is china post ordinary parcel. Unfortunately you can not track such parcel in usps.com

Your seller is greedy. UI497161106CN is the cheapest option in China Post. It can not be tracked in USPS.com.

for a $70 item, He should use register airmail or ePacket. Anyway, I suggest you open dispute for refund.
