Unfortunately you can not expedite parcel speed after the parcel is shipped.

it should be on the way back to your country. based on our previous experience, you might need wait about 30 days to get the return.

please call china post hot line 11185 and see if the parcel has left china. If not, maybe you can go to china post shanghai office and pickup the parcel.
