Hello, I've posted a while back about my item being stuck in the same status for two weeks. Well it's still stuck at "Gangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared" since January 13th. Canada Post is having issues tracking certain numbers so I can't track it in my own country. It's now February 16th and it still hasn't been delivered.

My tracking number is RD578308963CN.

Is my item lost or is this just slow shipping?

RD578308963CN is ok, there is some delay caused by holiday, but no need worry.
