So I had a package with the tacking # UG713454905CN and it had a shipping record from may 29th and now when I search on here there is no shipping record. 17track still shows the shipping record from may 29th but no movement. Did I get a fake tracking number

no need worry, sometimes the database search has some errors. http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UG713454905CN shows it was shipped on May 29. You should get it in 4 to 12 weeks. nothing needs to be worried at this time.
