Hello admin would like to know please if my package has been mailed out of china cos it been more than 3 weeks now and I don't know if its still in Hangzhou. when i track they tell the origin is preparing to dispatch this mail piece for more than weeks now..

Please help. my tracking number is CX136729540US

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel arrived Hangzhou on Oct 15 and then returned to Shanghai on Oct 22. It should have delivery problem and routing back to shipper.

just contacted the shipper and said his address and everything is right on the label. when i tracked from the link you gave me it says..

I don't understand why the shanghai transit station rejected it..? could you please throw more light on that for me. thanks

I tried to explain that in this thread over here. In Chinese, that last status is: 上海互换局, 退回. 「退回」 can mean "rejected", as in 「安检退回」-- "safety check: rejected" -- but I think it can also mean "returned" or "sent back", as in "sent back to the USA".

Does your parcel have anything on this list inside of it? If so, it might have been rejected by the airline for safety reasons. Things with batteries inside them are the most common problem.

mobile phone is not allowed by china post. the parcel will be returned to the original post office which you shipped the parcel from. You should go back to that office and pickup the return in person.

Hello Admin thanks foe your time and really appreciate, the item was sent from the States to and since it now can't be return is there a possibility they give it to me? since they said the duty I had to pay was more than 1000rmb therefore declaring my package as a non personal use.

Hello once again admin. went to the office and was told it's been sent back to the USA. would like to know how many days it will take for it to reach there since You said it will be shipped back by sea?
