My package says processed through sort facility hangzhou, its said this for 3 weeks. I would like to know whats going on with my package.
Someone there said it left on the 21st, but the seller checked and its still there. PLEASE check into this and give me some truthful news.

Returned items get the lowest postal priority; it will take at least as long as it took your package to get there, and probably longer. There's no clear indication how your item is going back yet, but if it is diverted to surface mail instead of being returned by air, it could take 3 months or more. =/

From the tracking information here, I think your item may have left Shanghai on 22-Oct, but it isn't clear to me.

(By the way, Chinese text for that last status is: 上海互换局, 退回. 「退回」 can mean "rejected", as in 「安检退回」-- "safety check: rejected" -- but it also means "returned" or "sent back".)

Hi my package has been saying it is being processed through hangzhou shipments does this mean it is still in china? It was supposed to be in canada yesterday.
