Dear Administrator,

I have two parcels shipped from New York on Mar 18th and 26th, which arrived Shanghai on Mar 29th and Apr 3rd separately. However, there is no update in the tracking system since then. Is it possible the two parcels got lost in the transfer from USPS to China Post?

The tracking number is CJ197226206US and CJ197401069US. Appreciate your help very much!

you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel. The parcel should have some delivery problem. reasons are complex, read this http://track-chinapost.com/?p=658

The receiver called China Post. They said they don't have any information about the two parcels. I guess there might be some problem when USPS handed over the parcels to China Post. Should I call USPS to investigate?

you should contact USPS and request investigation.
