Post Several Delayed Packages to US - Have they left China?

I ordered some items from AliExpress towards the end of November and none of them have arrived to the US yet, and I am trying to figure out if they have even left China?

I have checked tracking and the last update I found on three of them was December 6 and the other one was November 24. These are the tracking numbers.

1. This is the last tracking of your parcels on the China Post EMS site:

2016-11-24 00: 00: 00.0 22:09:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 15:05:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 14:59:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 14:54:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF ; ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2. ISC New York has problem with incoming parcels from Overseas. There is to many and they are delays.

3. For your parcel LT448080896CN, give it a last chance up the the 12 Jan, if you don't see any new movement on the USPS site then either contact seller or open a dispute.

4. For the other parcel wait till the 19 Jan.

5. You could right now advise your seller that you have not receive your parcels. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for all your parcels.
