Post RH293693157CN tracking number still in China after 40 days.

My product remains in China after 40 days despite going to and from Guangzhou, Shanghai transit station and international airport, Beijing transit station and then back to Shanghai transit station and finally to "dept. delivered" with two Chinese letters preceding the name of the department that I cannot paste into this notice. Can you explain this apparent circular transit of my package and give any further indication its possible arrival date in the USA?

RH293693157CN was returned from USA back to china. you can not get the parcel in USA. Open dispute to aliexpress/ebay asap.

my dispute is with iphone6sforsale for an iMAC.
Hank Lin is not responding to my emails or Skype messages to explain the reason the package was not delivered nor making compensation.
I fear I have been scammed.
