I have somewhat of a problem. I ordered 2 packages from China, and both were labeled the wrong zip code. Both are due for

Corey Cyr
52 Battey Street
Putnam, Connecticut, 06270
United States

The correct zip code for Putnam, Connecticut is not 06270, but 06260. I am not sure how this happened, but I believe it is what's holding my parcels up in customs. Anyway to revise?

NOTE: 3 PACKAGES LEFT CHINA ON SAME DAY. ONE THAT HAS CORRECT INFORMATION IS ALMOST HERE... anyway to revise the other two so they can move through customs?

both parcels are still in China. I don't think the delay is caused by wrong zip code(china post will send all USA parcels to USPS no matter zipcode is wrong or not). Please be patient and wait one or two more weeks. it should arrive US then.

You can contact USPS and ask if wrong zipcode will cause delivery failure. In many countries such as China, wrong zipcode does not necessarily mean the parcel is not deliverable.
