ref. RE076684058CN - last report reeds "in transit" since May 19th 2020, but it seems like parcel never left China - what's happening?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RE076684058CN shows the parcel was sent to Zhengzhou airport on May 26. It is waiting for flight to Italy.
