Hello I need your help to have information about my order that I made a month and a half ago. In your tracking site does not give me the information I need.

The tracking number is LZ539936927CN

This is shipped to Mexico.
Could you help me giving me information or direct me to somebody who could help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ539936927CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 6. It is waiting for flight space from china to Mexico. waiting time can take 15 to 30 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
