http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY456740587CN shows your seller actually shipped the parcel on Jul 23. It is waiting for flight space from china to SFO. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
