Post Shipment stuck in China for more than 30 working days

Hi guys,

I've bought one item in Gearbest and a friend of mine did bought the same item, same day, few hours after mine. Both were sent throught China Post (FZRAMYT) and while my friends is already delivered, mine shows still the same status since 01-01-18 (never had this issue for this amount of time).

Already contacted Gearbest to explain the situation, but they won't do anything about it but just tell me to wait until 60 working days (meaning 23 - March) before being able to actually claim it. I'm 99% sure there's been some kind of issue, since Correos Spain doesn't have yet the package and it's not normal than the same item bought later, shipped later has arrived to a very small town, and not to Barcelona where I live (main city and where Correos hub is).

I don't know if there's any way to contact China Post and ask about the item status, since I see Gearbest is not doing anything, I know Correos doesn't have it so I'm pretty sure the issue is with China Post, but can't find any way to contact them.

Could you guys help me?
