Tracking # RL806641675CN (duplicate tracking number with domestic USPS). Confirmed with USPS
Transferred $200 in western union on July 31st 2018 for Esse special gold cigarretes 10 cartoons. Did not reach. No response in email [email protected] or at the above whatsApp number.
Notifying others to be cautious.

You should NEVER / EVER use western UNION to make any payment to oversea seller. IT IS VERY VERY VERY VERY RISKY. ALMOST 90% sellers who require Western Union payment are cheaters because you can not do anything to get back your money after you find the scam game.

You need use paypal/aliexpress or other payment method which has buyer protections system.

hello I was buying something online however I was sent a link through text for a website called EMS this is the tracking number EE459713271US however when I search everything known to man it say that it can't be found , but when I talked to the sender he says the police seized it and they need 1,000 dollars so Everytime I go through the link in the text it sends me to a page identical to EMS

EE459713271US is a fake number. you might be scammed. If you paid with paypal/amazon, open dispute against fraud asap.
