I was given this tracking number LZ518570117CN

And when i webt to look it up it said there was no shipping recorda for that number so i have no ea whats going on and spent nearly 100$ canadian dollars on a wig and wig cap and im a little worried now that ive been scammed..

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ518570117CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
