Hello I have 3 items ems that’s been saying sorting for weeks LY525509756CN,LY525509739CN,LY525509725CN. I’m getting concerned that customs has seized them or they lost in China. The seller advised me not to worry but I’m very concerned because there are no updates.

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows all your 3 parcels left Chengdu for LAX on Aug 5. they should be in LAX customs waiting for processing . Now US customs processing can take 10 to 20 days, please wait one or two more weeks. If you can not get them by end of Aug, open dispute for lost parcel.
