Please help track package
Was it returned to seller?

Ebay Seller says package is In Transit since about October 19th 2013.
Estimated delivery: Tue. 5 Nov. - Wed. 20 Nov.

But there is no sign of it having left China that I can see.
It is not in Canada Post's system.

Please help confirm status of package because I may need to try to get a refund.
