I am replying with more information perhaps you can help?
I don't want to get nervous but I have not heard anything since the 21st of April. Here is what China post says:

RA601725909CN parcel was shipped from shanghai on April 21. shanghai airport is experiencing serious delay since april due to some international meeting. you might wait anoter one or two weeks to get the goods. btw, your parcel should not have any battery or liquid inside, otherwise it might be rejected by safety department without notice.
