Hi, I am from Canada. I bought 2 pairs of snowboots from a seller on Aliexpress. I bought them togheter, so I have one tracking number for both pairs wich is RJ199586269CN. I received one pair on november 17 2014, but did not received the other one. When I do a search with my tracking number, it says that the item has been delivered successfully. One pair has been delivered, not the other one. Is it possible the other pair has been lost ? Do they put the address on both packages or just on one ? Is it possible that they could be on two differents airplanes ? It is really confusing. I don't know what to do. I tried to contact the seller multiples time with no success. They don't answer me.
I would really like it if you could answer me as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your time and have a nice day.

it is not the problem of china post, it is the problem of your seller. he only shipped you one pair of shoes. you should open dispute on aliepxress.

Good news, the seller accepted to refund me the pair of boots I did not received.
