Hello, I am really needing some help locating my parcel. My Tracking number is LY623069127CN and I made an order on Ali-Express and they shipped it out to the United States using E-Packet. On August 27 my Tracking # says, "Shanghai, China Customs Release" but then it says DELIVERED AND SIGNED to a China address and it is no longer in Transit to the United States!!! It says SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY TO SHANGHAI! I order all of the time from China and my parcels NEVER go through China Customs or stay in China! So, where is my package and who signed for it in China?? I need it delivered to the United States, not China!!!! Why is it no longer in Transit to the United States...what happened???? It was not returned to the Seller and he is not in Shanghai. I do not know who else to ask but on this Forum. I tried to call China Post Office but busy, no answer. Again, my Tracking number is LY623069127CN PLEASE HELP ME LOCATE MY PACKAGE??!!
