two express parcels were sent to US from Beijing, EA303813713CN was sent on 11/13, another one EA303812457CN was sent on 11/24 , need to know where they are right now. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA303812457CN the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to US on Nov 25.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Are you able to see when the parcel left Beijing? and what is buyer protection?

you can not know when parcel left Beijing. But USPS.com will tell you if the parcel has arrived USA.

Buyer protection is a service provided by big companies such as paypal/aliexpress/ebay/amazon etc. When your parcel has not arrived for long time, you can open dispute before buyer protection expiring date for refund.

beside waiting, is there any way to know either they are waiting in China or US?

Unfortunately, before US customs release the parcel to USPS, you can not know where the parcel is. You can only know it is in some middle place between China Post and USPS system, very likely to be in either China customs or US customs.
