Post PLEASE HELP!! Parcel has been lost for a month!

Hi, I ordered an item from a seller on aliexpress and it was sent to the right name and address. It arrived in Canada no problem but then it said it was out for delivery from the local post office on February 2 2015. It is now March 3 and the item has not arrived and the tracking information did not change. I contacted Canada post and they didn't help me at all, they told me they cannot investigate unless the original post started investigating as well. I talked to the seller and the seller told me to contact China Post. please help me, I really want to receive my package soon.

The tracking number is RG114730308CN

http://track-chinapost.com/start_canadapost.php shows Canada Post out-delivered the parcel on feb 2. If you did not get the parcel, it should be lost by Canada Post.

No it was not delivered, it says "out for delivery". Canada post said they cannot investigate and find the parcel unless the original post that the seller used starts an investigation. Is it possible for China post to start an investigation? Canada post will not help me unless China post begins the investigation and contacts them. Can you help please?

if Canada Post can not help you, none else can help you. You may open dispute to seller and claim refund.
