Post please help... package not moving/updating

Hello, my package has not moved or been updated in 5 days. It is an ems parcel from China to the united states... It has never left shanghai and the tracking details confuse me..dispatched twice from sorting facility in the same city.... The tracking number is. EE934358193CN if anyone as any insight or can be of assistance it would be massively appreciated... And no the package contains nothing that should be held by customs. Thank you greatly in advance.

the status might take one or two weeks to be updated, you need some patient.

The ems package is suppose to arrive within 15 days of original shipping date at the final destination..
its already at 5 days... So why would it take another one to two weeks just to update? I am not trying to be rude I am just trying to understand thank you for your quick reply.

Depending on your location in the world, EMS is usually not worth it. Use registered mail and you will probably get it around the same time. One time I did get something from China to Canada in about a week by EMS, but I also regularly get parcels in about 2 weeks, max 3 by registered mail.

I have the same issue my tracking info hasn't updated in a week. I don't know what to do :(

status no updated for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. just be patient and wait.

Hello, I have been having the same issue as well. My order has been in the same location for the past 2 weeks. My tracking number is LN203443476CN. I just want to know if this is normal and if there is an estimated date in which I will receive my order? Thank you!

Your parcel was sent to Chicago airport on May 13. Chicago import processing is experiencing some serious delay. You need wait extra 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel.
