I paid for express shipping and I don't think the system is updating the status of my package it's been sitting in the same location for an entire week. Who can help me? I need my package before 20 Dec 14, tracking number EA100737487CN.

I checked your tracking number, this is the last status:
"UNITED STATES, San Francisco, Departed, Your item departed a transfer airport in International, San Francisco, UNITED STATES on December 13, 2014 at 12:45 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination".
I believe you'll get your goods really soon!
