Hi,
we are a business that sends at least 30 packages a day via China post. Lately , there is no movement on the tracking numbers and customers are getting quite upset and want a refund. Can you please let me know asap the info on the below tracking numbers or please start an investigation as I need to make sure my customers get these (they are all going to Canada)

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all these tracking numbers have no shipping record. Your seller applied these tracking number on April 11 but never actually ship them. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal, please open dispute against fraud.
