Post Parcel stuck in Hangzhou ems ED255142825IN

My parcel has been stucked in Hangzhou since 24-01-2020.
It was sent out of sorting center on 24th January 2020 but still there is no information updated yet. Where is it ,we don't know any information about it.please help someone needs it.please help. EMS number is ED255142825IN

ED255142825IN arrived China Post office 杭州国际处理中心 on Jan 24. It was delayed there. Right now china has serious problem of coronavirus, parcels have serious delay. You'd better ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel by himself.

Thank you, but receiver can not go to pick up because of inability. Still waiting for it. He needs it very much. He also does not have any member to collect it by themselves. Totally depended.

If your receiver can not go to pickup the parcel, call 11185 and see if China Post Hangzhou international office can help your receiver do sth. Explain his disability to 11185 , maybe some miracle will happen.
