Post Parcel is not leaving China. why?

My parcel got accepted by the postal office on Nov 14. usually it takes about 5 days to get on the plane to Canada. It has been 10 days sitting at Suzhou. How much more time should I wait for? I need it before end of November. it is very urgent!!!! Tracking is CP315948695CN. Please help!!!

CP315948695CN is china post surface parcel (number like CP****CN) which usually are shipped by truck,train and ocean ship. this kind parcel is very very slow. It might take 2 to 6 months to reach Canada. I don't think you can get the parcel in Nov.

If you need the parcel urgently, you should ask seller ship the goods with register airmail (number like R***CN) or EMS (number like E****CN) or ePacket (number like L***CN).

But I have been using this service for a long time. It always takes about 20 days to Canada. Why is this time so slow? Is it possible to retrieve the parcel back and ship it again by a faster service? I can't wait for 2-6 months. I have a business to run. Please help with other options!!!
