I have a parcel that was shipped out on the 17th of Sept and its not moving. The last time it move was Sept 19th. Its telling me that it is in the Airline Transport since the 19th of Sept.

Tracking number is RG602205136CN

RG602205136CN left china on Sep 19. Canada Post does not scan import parcel since 2015, so you can not know where it is now.

Based on our experience, register mail parcel will travel about one week from China to Canada customs. Then wait about 4 to 12 WEEKS in Canada Post import warehouse for customs clearance and sorting. Then take another week to deliver it to canada receiver.

Globalmail and CBC news have reported many complaint against Canada Post, but they said that slow service is what user paid for. Right now, I suggest user to use China Post ePakcet instead of Register mail. EPacket tracking number starting with L is much faster than register mail.
